Whenever you think more is not possible, think of this kit. Because here we've outdone ourselves once again. The ULTIMATE Kit is not called that for nothing! Here you have everything you need for the best performance with your 2.0L TSI: A perfectly matched combination of forged pistons, connecting rods, connecting rod screws, connecting rod bearings, head gasket and stud bolt.
Visually alone, this set can do it all: our BAR-TEK® H-Shaft steel connecting rods are titanium riveted, which is why they shine gold. Matching high performance pistons from JE Pistons are available as Ultra Series. All the other parts are top quality as well: ARP connecting rod bolts, connecting rod bearings from ACL, MLS head gasket from Cometic and ARP stud bolt for head.
That's really all you need. Not only do these components work in perfect harmony with each other, but the kit also saves you money compared to buying them individually!
Extreme kit for extreme performance
Our kit is not only an eye-catcher, it is also designed for extreme performance. With this kit you can reach up to 1000 hp with your 2.0L TSI! That's because we only put the best components in our Ultimate Kit and they are perfectly matched to each other.
The JE Pistons-piston in this kit are extra coated for extreme performance and come with the high boost piston pins. At the same time they are still pretty light. This combo is of course perfect for motorsports. With the piston comes everything you need for the installation: bolts, rings and clips.
Also extremely light and at the same time very stable are our special titanium-nitrided steel connecting rods. Thanks to their surface, they can withstand high pressure loads without any problems. They are milled from the solid and have an additional bore for better piston pin lubrication (Rifle Drilled). They also come with everything you need for installation: the matching ARP2000 expansion bolts and installation paste.
These two parts are the stars in the kit and are rounded out by high performance bolts, racing lead bearings and such. As said, more simply does not go!
