Shipping and Stock Status Policy

TPC offers shipping via courier. Free shipping via standard economy.

Once your order is accepted TPC will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible.  The standard “Delivery Period” is 3 to 14 business days. In stock items will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period stipulated. 

TPC’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. TPC is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.

Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order. TPC will only ship an order once it is 100% in stock. TPC does not ship partial orders unless requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply. If you need your order by a specific date, it is important to contact us by email so that we may assist you. TPC will contact you via email to confirm delivery date. All dates provided are based on estimates given by the courier company. TPC does not guarantee ship dates as delivery times are subject to change.

We unfortunately can’t make changes to your delivery address once payment has been received and you have received your Payment Confirmation email.

If you received an incomplete or incorrect delivery you can notify us here sales@thepartscartel.com , then one of team members will be in touch with you to assist.

All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Orders will not be shipped from our facility on Saturday or Sunday.

Refused Packages

Any domestic orders that are returned to TPC as refused by receiver or non-deliverable will be subject to a return handling fee and will be processed as a return in compliance with our standard return policy, including an additional handling fee.

Any international orders that are refused at the time of delivery will be subject to carrier abandonment of the package, at which time the ordered products would be discarded by the carrier. The customer will not be refunded for the value of the order and the discarded products are no longer retrievable.

International shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

 Lost Packages

If you do not receive your package and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package investigation with the shipping carrier. Replacement products will not be sent until the shipping carrier completes the investigation request and grants permission for replacement product to be shipped.

TPC will not provide refunds for any lost package under any circumstances.
