2.0L TFSI Billet Race Crankshaft Timing Belt Drive Gear

Our 2.0 TFSI RACE billet timing belt drive wheel (among others, for Audi S3 and TTS) is the perfect connection to the crankshaft. Especially tuning fans will get their money’s worth with this timing belt gear because problems with worn-out gear wheels will be a thing of the past!

The connection of the timing belt gear to the crankshaft is well known as a great weakness in VW and Audi engines. In performance-enhanced engines, the original gear wheel can simply no longer cope. The guide groove can shear off on the crankshaft and cause major engine damage.

To avoid such a thing from happening, you should upgrade your Audi S3 or Audi TTS with our Race timing belt gear. It is milled from a solid block and thus very robust. The gear is heated before installation. Through this press-fit, it sits perfectly on the crankshaft – unlike the standard part – and doesn’t allow any tolerances. It is galvanized against corrosion and is delivered with new bolts.
