Aluminum oil pan with baffle suitable for all 2.0L TFSI with conversion to 1.8T oil pump.
This oil pan is completely made of aluminum, with integrated aluminum baffle and flaps made of rubber. It is simply installed in place of the stock oil pan without any adjustment work required
Thanks to the baffles in the middle, the oil pump has efficient suction volume. The rubber flaps prevent the oil from running back out of the center due to centrifugal force when cornering, so that the pump doesn't suffer oil starvation. Especially on the track with fast curves.
Features:
- The soft rubber flaps react much faster than the otherwise often used metal flaps.
- The flaps are extremely resistant. High oil temperatures and dirt particles are no problem.
- The sump ensures that the oil pump is always has sufficient engine oil, thus ensuring continuous oil supply to the engine components at all times, even at high G-forces.
- The oil pan is made of aluminum and is plug and play in-conjunction with the 1.8T 20V Oil Pump conversion.
Before assembly, the oil pan should be thoroughly cleaned again. Delivery without intake snorkel (picture is only for better representation)
