2.0L TFSI & TSI Turbo Manifold V-Band for external Wastegate

The perfect manifold for large turbochargers on the 2.0L engine, now with connection for an external wastegate! Turbo manifold with single pipe layout and V-band flange for 2.0L TFSI EA113 and EA888 of the second generation. As a component of the exhaust system, the exhaust manifold must be able to withstand the high temperatures of the exhaust gases (over 900 °C).

The modern and sophisticated exhaust gas routing design enables a particularly high level of efficiency to be achieved in conjunction with the Garrett G-series turbochargers. Integrated port for mounting a temperature or back pressure sensor. The motorsport manifold, manufactured in serial production quality, is nearly indestructible and is also a visual highlight.

1.4849 Stainless Alloy. The best of the best!

For racing purposes, we only use materials with the best characteristics. As an alloy for our manifolds, we have therefore decided to use a heat-resistant stainless steel casting with the less catchy name ,1.4849''. It consists of a complex mixture of chromium, manganese, molybdenum, nickel, niobium, phosphorus, Sulphur and silicon. The key strengths of the material 1.4849 include its heat resistance up to 1100 degrees Celsius and its high elongation at break. This makes it the material of dreams when it comes to the highest thermal and mechanical loads - and perfekt for challenging uses in motorsport. So it is the best material for our high performance parts and your tuning projects!
