If you want to really increase your performance with your 2.0L TSI, you can't avoid a larger aluminum water cooler. This provides your powerful engine with the cooling it needs. The CSF all-aluminum triple pass water cooler uses a 2-row 42mm core. By utilizing the entire space between the condenser and cooler, the core depth was maximized and compatibility with large intercoolers in the aftermarket was proven. The B-tube design maximizes tube efficiency in all areas, this tube design is stronger than 0-tubes, less material can be used for easier and more efficient heat transfer, while the surface inside the tube is increased by 15% compared to 0-tubes.
The triple-pass design means that the coolant flows through the core three times before it exits, maximizing the time it takes for the cooler to exchange heat for the coldest exit temperature. Finally, the 6.5 mm fin height in CSF's own wind tunnel has been optimized so that all possibilities are fully exploited when developing the ultimate MQB water cooler.
It is also easy to install and has a 100 percent fit. You only have to make small adjustments to the plastic carrier and you have the optimal water cooling for your engine.
