The "ULTRA Series" forged piston generation from JE Pistons. The specified compression ratio refers to a 0.84 mm head gasket thickness. The dome volume varies depending on the bore size to ensure consistent compression. The pistons are suitable for the Audi 2.5L 20V Turbo TFSI engine with 22.00 mm piston pins. The Ultra Series pistons are manufactured using a special process to enable power outputs of up to 1250 hp.
The JE Pistons piston are reinforced for extreme performance and at the same time quite light. This combo is perfect for extreme motorsport use. Piston kit comes everything you need for installation: Wrist pins, rings and clips.
BAR-TEK H-Beam Connecting rods, extremely light and very stable H-Beam conrods. Their design allows them to withstand high pressure loads without any problems. They are machined from solid and rifle drilled for better piston pin lubrication. They also come with everything you need for installation: the matching ARP expansion bolts and installation paste.

All piston are manufactured in state of the art 5-axis CNC facilities.
100% CNC-milled from high quality forged aluminum, specially designed for street and drag race engines with very high performance.
All piston are tested to the highest standards. They are internally steam blasted and shot peened to not only relieve stress in the material, but also to reveal the smallest imperfections that could cause the piston to not perform as desired. All piston are also heat treated.
The compression stated is in conjunction with a 0.90mm cylinder head gasket.
