Bar-Tek Motorsport X-Beam connecting rods come with ACL racing bearings and are suitable for up to 1000 hp .
Since the original series connecting rods are only designed for outputs of up to 300 hp, drivers who are enthusiastic about sports should upgrade to our special X-beam steel connecting rods. These are milled from solid and extremely light : Each connecting rod weighs just 599 grams including screws.
Thanks to the X-shaft, these connecting rods are also extremely stable . Their cross-section is very large, which is why the load is distributed and reduced. That is why our connecting rods have a high degree of crack resistance and rigidity. Cracked connecting rods are a thing of the past and you can calmly continue your tuning project!
The VAG X-shaft connecting rods come with an additional bore for improved piston pin lubrication (also called rifle drilled). This reduces friction and ensures perfect engine lubrication . The package also includes the matching 3/8 "ARP 2000 expansion bolts and the ARP assembly paste.
Our connecting rods are precisely angled and tested by us before they leave the warehouse.
